Energy consulting clerk (m/f/d)
SWE Energie GmbH is a reliable energy supplier and, with the Stadtwerke Erfurt customer center, the point of contact for all customer questions regarding the supply media electricity, natural gas, water and heat. The electricity and heat generation plants as well as energy procurement and trading management are integrated as additional service areas.
Your tasks
- Advising clients in the building energy sector for residential and non-residential buildings as well as commercial facilities
- Determining the energy requirements of buildings, including for heating, cooling, ventilation, air conditioning, domestic hot water and electricity
- Processing customer orders in the field of energy consulting, including preparing quotations, designing incentives and order processing
- Support and monitoring of the implementation of planned measures to increase energy efficiency and verification of potential savings
- Advice on system technology
- Monitoring and energy analysis of technical building systems and building structures with a focus on reducing return temperatures in the district heating network
- Planning hydraulic balancing in existing buildings and carrying out heating load calculations
Your qualifications
- Would you like to actively contribute to using energy more efficiently and support customers in implementing sustainable solutions? Do you enjoy working at the interface between technology, consulting and implementation and appreciate responsibility in direct customer contact? Then you can expect a varied role with real scope for creativity in the field of energy consulting.
- Completed training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) / technician (m/f/d) in the field of building services engineering, heating, ventilation, sanitation, supply engineering or a comparable qualification
- Additional qualification as an energy consultant (m/f/d)
- Strong ability to innovate in the implementation of alternative heating and energy technologies
- Friendly, confident and professionally convincing appearance
- Very good argumentation and communication skills as well as negotiation skills
- Very good, practical PC skills, especially in MS Office, ideally also SAP
- Team-oriented and communicative cooperation with employees and external partners
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
- Reliability, flexibility, ability to work under pressure and a high degree of initiative
- Class B driving license
