Your tasks

  • You are responsible for looking after and advising business and key accounts – this includes maintaining existing customers, acquiring new customers and building relationships
  • You carry out contract negotiations and offer calculations for electricity and natural gas products
  • Observing the market and competition as well as analyzing customer needs are part of your daily work
  • You work closely with internal specialist departments, e.g. energy procurement, billing, metering point operation and technology
  • Together with Energy Procurement, you are responsible for purchasing the required energy quantities
  • You will be involved in the development of new products and services

Your qualifications

  • You have a technical or commercial education or a degree, ideally in the field of energy management
  • You have professional experience in sales, ideally in the business customer area of an energy supplier or municipal utility company
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills and are customer-oriented
  • You are proficient in MS Office products – knowledge of Schleupen.CS software is not a must, but definitely a bonus
  • Independence and a focus on results are a matter of course for you
