Head of Development and Controlling (m/f/d)
Dena’s mission is to contribute to the success of the energy transition. Your tasks
- The transformation of the energy consumption sectors of industry and mobility is of central importance for the success of the energy transition. Energy efficiency is a key prerequisite for cost-effective climate protection and sustainability in all sectors. The business division, with around 100 employees, is divided into these three areas of activity. To support the divisional management and the work area managers in the Industry, Mobility, Energy Efficiency (IME) business area, we are looking for a thematic area manager (m/f/d) for divisional development and controlling.
- Organization of the content-strategic, personnel, financial and organizational development, planning, management and control of the division
- Further development and control of central divisional standards, key figures and processes, e.g. for forecasts, business planning, personnel planning, introduction and development
- Knowledge management, reporting, quality assurance
- Conception, organization and documentation of division-wide and cross-divisional process- and strategy-oriented meetings and workshops
- Ensuring the introduction, maintenance and further development of dena software tools in the division
- Collaboration with all managers and project teams in the division and
- With other coordinating employees in other work areas and divisions of dena
- The position is part-time or full-time and is initially limited to two years with the option of permanent employment.
Your qualifications
- Completed university degree (Master’s/Diploma) in a relevant subject in the natural/social/economic/legal/communication sciences or comparable
- Sound knowledge and several years of experience in the administration of projects and/or company units
- Very good understanding of numbers and a high affinity for Excel tables, key figures and indicators
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, flexibility and ability to think abstractly and strategically * Independent, structured, solution-oriented and proactive way of working with a high standard of quality and diligence
- Confident handling of MS Office and common software applications
- Very good written and spoken German
