Our Market Partner Management department coordinates the exchange of data between the individual market partners. We are responsible for implementing standardized processes, data formats and transmission rules. This enables us to ensure smooth and standardized data exchange between the market partners. What you can expect
- You will be responsible for carrying out all activities in the area of market communication in accordance with GPKE Electricity and GeLi Gas.
- You will support the team in optimizing market communication processes.
- You will answer customer inquiries about switching processes in writing only.
- You will confidently analyze complex, cross-divisional interrelationships and independently develop pragmatic and effective solutions.
- You prepare changes and updates, derive necessary adjustments and train employees.
- You ensure compliance with legal requirements and guidelines in the area of market communication.
What you bring to the table
- You have sound knowledge of the energy industry - based on suitable commercial training or relevant professional experience.
- Ideally, you have already worked with our in-house software lima® or are motivated to familiarize yourself with this system.
- You have strong communication skills at all levels, enjoy working in a team and are characterized by a strong hands-on mentality.
- You have an analytical and solution-oriented mindset and a pragmatic way of working.
- You have a good command of written and spoken German.
