Team Leader Facility Management (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Leading, promoting, developing and coaching employees
- Coordinating the team with a management presence
- Actively driving forward change processes and implementing common goals
- Situational operational support for the team
- Defining and ensuring suitable controls
- Responsibility for budgeting and meeting financial targets
- Ensuring that plant and building operations comply with the law and regulations
- Continuous improvement of processes and procedures
- Strategic development with delineation, presentation and positioning of the division
Your qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a commercial and/or technical background or equivalent
- First management experience, preferably also as deputy manager
- Several years of professional experience with a focus on facility management is an advantage
- A high degree of reliability, commitment and solution-oriented work
- Ability to work in a team
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
