Your tasks
- Coordination and organization of inspections, maintenance and customer service orders in the technical area (e.g. external inspections, pipe inspections, heating maintenance, meter changes and network maintenance)
- Scheduling our fitters and forwarding agents, including efficient capacity management for optimal utilization of resources
- Maintaining and updating master and transaction data for technical objects
- Direct contact person for our customers as well as for the field service and internal interfaces
- Processing and handling complaints
- Creating invoices, checking cost documents and carrying out material transfers
- Lead management: qualifying, coordinating and following up on incoming customer inquiries and interested parties
- Project coordination in the areas of HVAC, photovoltaics and large-scale consumer systems
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial training or equivalent
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a commercial profession, sales orientation desirable
- Strong sense of service
- Confident and correct demeanor, especially on the phone with customers
- Solution- and customer-oriented
- Enjoy working in a team
- Independent and systematic way of working
- Good IT application skills (MS Office, ERP)
