Mindener Wärme has set itself the goal of actively driving forward the heating transition in Minden. As a joint venture between the heating supplier Energieservice Westfalen Weser GmbH and Mindener Stadtwerke GmbH, we are already ensuring an environmentally friendly district heating supply in Minden. Our aim is to further expand this heating network in a sustainable manner in order to supply all people in the catchment area with heat in a climate-neutral and future-oriented way.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for Mindener Wärme’s technical systems, including maintenance planning, contact with external bodies and major technical customers, master data maintenance and preparation of technical documentation
- Responsibility for the implementation of occupational health and safety, including compliance with safety regulations, coordination and implementation of training courses and instructions
- Technical and economic plant optimization
- Collaboration in projects in the field of plant engineering and control technology
Your qualifications
- Who is enthusiastic about being responsible for the technical systems of Mindener Wärme and actively helping to shape the heat transition in Minden.
- Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, alternatively a degree as a certified power plant operator, district heating network manager or comparable qualification
- Quick comprehension, entrepreneurial thinking and a strong hands-on mentality
- Independent and analytical way of working
- Good communication skills with a convincing and confident manner
