Head of Legal and Contract Management (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Cooperative and goal-oriented management of the team with the areas of contract management and judicial dunning procedures
- Supporting the management with corporate law tasks
- Cross-company implementation of legal requirements and standards
- Assumption of selected legal consulting and service tasks
- Responsibility for the implementation and further development of compliance structures within the company
Your qualifications
- Legal or comparable academic training with an understanding of commercial and technical contexts
- Ability to inspire people and lead teams to good results
- Initial experience in management is desirable
- Specialist knowledge in the areas of energy law, competition law, general terms and conditions law and company law is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Solution-oriented way of thinking and working
- Enjoy working together and see yourself as a team player
