Your tasks
- You are responsible for the organization of raw material securing, raw material extraction and recultivation
- You coordinate the work processes in our quarries conceptually
- You carry out approval procedures
- You are the interface to the plant management and communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- You continuously optimize our work processes and further develop existing structures
- You lead your teams in the extraction operations with passion and develop talent further
- You will also take on other exciting tasks and projects in consultation with your line manager
Your qualifications
- You have a degree in mining, raw materials engineering, geology or a comparable degree
- You have experience in project management and enjoy planning and project tasks
- You communicate confidently in German and English
- You impress with clear, goal-oriented communication and a high level of self-motivation
- You work in a systematic, structured and goal-oriented manner
- You see change as an opportunity and think in a solution- and process-oriented way – even outside the box
- You are always looking for the best solutions for the company
- You are confident with the common Google and Office applications
