• As a Hydrogen Conversion Project Manager, you will be responsible for the project management of the hydrogen conversion projects assigned to you. In our collaborative teams, you can contribute your skills effectively, develop your specialist knowledge and help us shape the future of sustainable energy supply.
• You will be responsible for coordinating GUD construction activities as part of the conversion and technical preparation of the GUD transport infrastructure for future hydrogen transportation.
• You will take over the management and project operations management of the respective conversion projects for future hydrogen transport after handover of the preliminary planning and initiate all necessary activities within and outside GUD to identify and initiate them You will demonstrate a strong and exemplary behavior with regard to our HSE values and compliance requirements.
• Under your leadership, the planning and construction coordination will be carried out by the general planner in close coordination with operations and any adjacent infrastructure projects and you will ensure that the tasks assigned are completed on time.
• With your strong planning, coordination and communication skills, you will manage the project with a coordinated process for planning, material procurement, execution of the construction measures, completion of the necessary measures, documentation and compliance with any funding conditions.
• You ensure stringent project management in compliance with quality, time and budget specifications as well as regular reporting to management.
• You will ensure the identification of disruptions, impediments and necessary corrections in the event of deviations from plan and the timely implementation of the identified mitigation measures in coordination with the Head of GPR.

• You have 3-5 years of professional experience in planning and project management as well as several years of experience in leadership and project management.
• Ideally, you have at least 6 years of professional experience in the energy or gas industry.
