Consultant (m/f/d) Sales Management Heat

Your tasks

  • In your role, you will set the course for the heat supply of the future. You will keep an eye on our existing heat supply areas, understand the customer and contract structures there and develop processes so that they are easily scalable, understandable and customer-oriented.
  • Monitoring market and industry trends as well as legal developments
  • Management and further development of standardized customer processes with regard to efficiency, customer orientation and smooth interfaces (e.g. for price adjustments based on price escalation clauses)
  • Structuring and further development of standardized heat supply contracts, price structures and customer groups
  • Independent implementation of projects/measures and collaboration in cross-divisional projects – in close cooperation with technology, legal, customer service/billing

Your qualifications

  • Completed (technical) university degree (Bachelor/Master) in the field of energy management, industrial engineering, urban planning or a comparable course of study
  • Practical experience in energy sales, heat supply or energy management processes is an advantage
  • Understanding of energy industry framework conditions, especially in the area of standardized contract models including price escalation clauses, sales in heating networks or the willingness to acquire this knowledge independently
  • High level of initiative, organizational skills, pragmatism and creative drive
  • Ability to present complex issues in an understandable way and actively transfer knowledge to the organization
  • Willingness to undergo continuous further training, e.g. through industry working groups, seminars or specialist training courses
