Your tasks
- Independent and autonomous commercial support and handling of projects
- Supporting the technical project management in the monitoring of contracts and
- Preparation of supplementary offers
- Preparation and analysis of monthly performance and results forecasts in coordination with technical project management
- Proper and complete invoicing of all services to our customers, including receivables management
- Monitoring and ensuring order liquidity
- Project-related preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Communicating with our customers and internal contacts to coordinate/clarify commercial issues
- Identification of optimization potential in projects and processes
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in economics or business law
- Several years of experience in commercial project/order processing
- Basic knowledge of contract law (VOB, VOL, HOAI, BGB, law on contracts for work and services)
- Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of SAP (PS, SD)
- Strong communication, teamwork and cooperation skills
- Very good ability to act/analyze and solve problems
- High sense of responsibility and decision-making ability
