• As Manager Tools and Methods (m/f/d) you are responsible for the permanent improvement and further development of service provision at MVV Netze GmbH with regard to efficiency and quality.
• You will accompany and manage change processes and organizational adjustments in the area of the grid company (operation, grid connection, disruptions)
• You will record processes and optimize process efficiency together with the process owners
• You manage (sub-)projects and take responsibility for content and budgets
• You are a consultant and challenger for questions in the area of optimization (digitization, processes / procedures and methods) and accompany them, always taking efficiency optimization into account

• Completed Master’s degree in business administration in the field of economics or engineering or a comparable qualification
• Relevant experience in the relevant area as a process, project and change manager
• Basic knowledge of business administration and a high affinity for modern working methods and IT tools
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills and a high degree of solution orientation
