Your tasks
- Planning
- Taking over the measures assigned by the supervisor from the investment plan as well as the assigned customer inquiries for house connections
- Creating and coordinating the detailed planning of individual projects
- External and internal coordination, e.g. coordination with the Operations department and obtaining approval from authorities and agencies
- Customer information
- Service description / preparation of service specifications
- Calculation / cost determination
- Obtaining offers
- Preparation of quotations for customer orders
- Material disposition
- Opening orders and initiating orders for services and materials
- Materials
- Construction management
- Coordination of implementation planning with the Network Operations department
- Coordination with the customer and public information
- Coordination with offices and authorities regarding execution
- Disposition of material and resources
- Instruction of external companies
- Construction site coordination/supervision of the use of contractors and external companies
- Monitoring the construction project with regard to technical execution, occupational safety, environmental protection and customer satisfaction (quality assurance)
- Optimization of the construction process
- Documentation of the construction phases
- Preparation of measurements and invoice verification
- Project controlling
- Final acceptance and project documentation
Your qualifications
- Completed training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) in the fields of district heating, gas/water or electricity or technician (m/f/d) in a comparable specialist field
- Ideally, a cross-divisional qualification is available
- Driving license class B
- Willingness to undergo cross-divisional further training
- Deployment in the environment of a network operator or energy supply company, ideally as a construction supervisor/ or
- Network manager with several years of professional experience
- Project management
- Creation of specifications, project costing and project management
- Experience in dealing with and monitoring external companies
- Experience in the area of VOB
- Experience with the programs MS Office, MS Teams, SAP S/4 Finance
- Civil engineering and road construction with corresponding regulations RSA, DIN 4142, ZTV A-StB 12
- Pipeline construction for gas, water and district heating with corresponding DVGW and AGFW regulations
- Occupational safety and environmental protection
- Knowledge of the management systems TSM, ISO 9001ff, ISO 14001ff, ISO 27001ff, ISO 50001ff
- Applicants are expected to acquire cross-divisional knowledge of our supply networks and to obtain further qualifications as required
