Master / Dipl.-Ing. Electrical Engineering (m/f/i) as Head of EI&C Technology Heat
Your tasks
- Planning and management of the department, disciplinary and technical management of subordinate employees, appreciative and motivating employee management and personnel development
- Organization and control of processes to ensure operational procedures with regard to occupational and plant safety, participation in the further development of internal regulations, development of operating instructions, function of the VEFK in the maintenance department
- Ensuring plant availability by developing and implementing strategic maintenance concepts for the EI&C technology of heat generation and distribution plants, identifying key units, technical risk analysis, monitoring important plant components
- Improvement of plant performance, availability and cost-effectiveness through conversions and technical optimization measures, planning, tendering, implementation and monitoring of complex maintenance and optimization projects, supplier management
- Participation in the on-call service
Your qualifications
- Degree in electrical engineering or comparable training
- Relevant professional experience in heat generation or in the operation and maintenance or project planning of EI&C systems in large technical plants
- Knowledge of control and regulation technology and process data analysis
- Knowledge of the relevant technical laws, standards and guidelines (e.g. VDE, DIN EN)
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Team and communication skills
- Class B driving license
