Fully qualified lawyer in the energy industry (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- As a fully qualified lawyer, you will support the specialist departments with your expertise and help shape the energy transition pursued by Gasunie in a responsible and goal-oriented manner. In our collaborative teams, you can contribute your skills effectively, use and develop your specialist knowledge and help us shape the future of sustainable energy supply.
- You will be the contact person for topics relating to energy industry law and insurance.
- You will examine issues from all areas of our company in a target-oriented manner and evaluate them in a risk-conscious manner as well as draft and negotiate contracts relating to energy law.
- You will advise on regulatory and legal developments.
- You will provide legal support and help shape projects with an energy law focus, particularly in the area of grid infrastructure.
- You represent the company in associations and are responsible for managing external legal advisors.
Your qualifications

- You should have a keen interest in complex energy industry projects and issues. You have a good understanding of economic interrelationships and regulatory requirements.
- You have successfully completed your studies with the second state examination in law. Ideally, you have several years of professional experience, but career starters with relevant specialist knowledge are also welcome.
- You have previous knowledge of energy law and contract law.

- You have a confident manner and communicate clearly and concisely. Your way of working is structured, analytical and solution-oriented.
- You should have a hands-on mentality and prefer to work independently while keeping the team and goals in mind.
- You have a good command of English, which you can use in contact with colleagues at the Dutch parent company.
