Head of Construction Networks & Facilities (m/f/d)
We are a modern municipal company and take care of a wide range of activities: electricity, gas, heat and water supply, wastewater and waste disposal, street lighting, broadband network and the operation of swimming pools.
Your tasks
- Management and further development of your qualified employees.
- Strategic planning and further development of our grid structure.
- Planning and construction management of grid expansion measures and generation plants (project coordination of planning with external specialist planners, own divisions, coordination of tenders).
- Operational management of our GIS system (project management for the introduction/further development of our GIS system).
- Coordination of building management (warehouse, building technology, vehicle fleet).
Your qualifications
- Completed studies in the field of supply or energy technology, civil engineering, civil engineering/line construction or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally professional experience in the design, planning and construction of energy networks.
- Sound specialist knowledge in the field of gas/water/electricity/district heating and fiber optics.
- You think economically, are able to work in a team and in conflict situations and can quickly familiarize yourself with complex topics.
- You enjoy working in and leading agile teams.
- You have a high level of motivation and very good organizational and communication skills.
