Network foreman gas/water – focus on training & own work (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- You supervise and support our trainees in the field of gas/water (network operation) both professionally and personally.
- You will plan, organize and coordinate the training assignments and ensure high-quality training.
- You will teach and consolidate training content as part of the in-house training.
- You will further expand the area of in-house work in pipeline construction and impart this know-how to trainees and employees in a practical manner.
- You will be responsible for the technical supervision of a unit, including employee coordination.
- You will take on tasks arising in network operations as a network foreman/construction supervisor, e.g. coordinating construction sites or coordinating and invoicing with service providers.
- You will support the existing foremen and trainers by relieving them of organizational and technical tasks in training.
- Pay in accordance with the collective agreement for utility companies (TV-V).
Your qualifications
- You have a master’s degree in the field of gas/water (network foreman).
- You have experience in training and supervising apprentices.
- You enjoy working with young people and have a strong sense of responsibility and education.
- You are confident, a strong communicator and enthusiastic.
- You are team-oriented and have organizational skills.
- You have a class B/E driving license and are willing to be on call.
