The approximately 340 employees of the municipal administration of Baiersbronn and its two municipal enterprises, Baiersbronn Touristik and Gemeindewerke Baiersbronn, work every day to further develop this living and working space. Your tasks
- Recording, controlling and improving the energy performance of the municipality’s own properties
- Implementation and monitoring of municipal projects as part of building energy management
- Implementation of climate protection regulations and requirements for municipal heat planning
- Informing and advising citizens in the area of energy saving
- Preparing meeting documents, funding applications and letters of approval
Your qualifications
- Successful completion as a technician/master craftsman in the field of building services engineering (supply, heating, ventilation, air conditioning or electrical engineering or similar)
- Ideally experience in energy and project management, in technical building services and in a municipal/public environment
- An additional qualification as an energy consultant is an advantage
- Knowledge of energy management methods, legal requirements for building energy efficiency and energy law
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Communication and teamwork skills and a confident manner
- A class B driving license (formerly class 3)
