Your tasks
- Project management, customer consulting and technical coordination: when it comes to successfully connecting connections to the grid, we rely on your expertise.
- You take responsibility for challenging projects and are the first point of contact for our customers. From the initial inquiry through to successful implementation, you hold the reins and ensure that planning, commissioning, execution and quality are perfectly coordinated.
- You think across all sectors and confidently manage your key accounts in terms of network connections and technical services with a particular focus on heating, gas and water.
- You also manage complex large-scale construction projects with an overview, reliability and the right feel for people and processes.
- In the network customer center, you will bring your wide-ranging expertise to bear wherever it is needed: Whether it’s fire extinguishing equipment in the water supply network, water connection constraints or the dismantling or decommissioning of network connections – you make well-founded decisions
- At the same time, you are an important technical point of contact in the team, as you provide guidance on challenging issues, share your knowledge and help to ensure that even complex cases are handled efficiently and in a solution-oriented manner.
Your qualifications
- Completed university degree in supply engineering, electrical engineering or demonstrably equivalent skills and knowledge
- Comprehensive knowledge of regulations and laws (e.g. DVGW worksheets, AGFW, DIN, UVV, VOB/VOL, VDE) as well as good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Professional experience in an energy supply company, planning office or construction company
- Class B driving license
- Willingness to undergo continuous training, external and internal customer orientation, team spirit and negotiating skills
