Your tasks
- You will plan and design structural infrastructure works for the renovation, new construction and conversion of substations in work phases 1-9 in accordance with HOAI.
- You will develop concepts for complex grid systems, evaluate different variants and calculate the costs for project approval.
- You will conduct negotiations with authorities and offices as part of building application and approval procedures as well as with clients.
- You create planning and project planning documents as well as service specifications and cost calculations and support the awarding of contracts for goods and services.
- You will take responsibility for the construction and project budget in specialist project management.
- You take on the independent processing of complex, asset-related inquiries and impress with your analytical strength and structured approach.
- You are an expert for the construction trades in turnkey projects and continuously develop construction concepts.
- You manage and monitor approval procedures.
Your qualifications
- You have completed your technical (university) studies in the field of civil engineering or have comparable training with the relevant technical expertise.
- You can demonstrate initial sound experience in the structural and civil engineering trades.
- You are motivated to familiarize yourself with electrotechnical and structural engineering guidelines (we will support you in this!).
- You are fluent in written and spoken German, have a confident manner and strong communication skills.
- Occupational safety is your top priority.
- A class B driving license completes your profile.
