Data Management Clerk – Key Account Management / Customer Support

In addition to wind and solar power forecasts, these include virtual power plants for controlling decentralized energy systems and a platform concept for forward-looking grid planning.

• In the virtual power plant area, you will ensure an optimal database and data quality on which our customer service and our services are based.
• As a data management clerk, you will be responsible for integrating generation plants and consumption plants into the virtual power plant.
• You will check new master data for plausibility in a professional manner – this requires you to have an overview of extensive tables of master data.
• The plausibility check is carried out automatically by the system, but the error messages and warnings must be validated and communicated by you in relation to the customer-specific requirements.
• To this end, you will be in regular contact with customers in order to work together on a correct database for the best possible implementation of our services.
• In your area of responsibility, you will gain an in-depth understanding of the technical and economic characteristics of renewable energy systems and energy industry processes and will continue to develop as new master data fields are constantly being added.

• You come from a commercial or technical background and have, for example, completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or have another suitable qualification.
• Your approach to our services is important – ideally you are already familiar with the energy market and renewable energies and electricity grids or are open-minded about these topics and would like to work together with us
• Initial experience in the field of data management is an advantage or you are willing to deal with databases, data analysis tools and complex data structures in more detail – we will be happy to support you in this.
• You will also impress with your open and communicative manner and your enthusiasm for analyzing and solving complex processes and tasks.
• You should be business fluent in German and English, other foreign languages are welcome.
