Your tasks

  • You actively manage the entire offshore project portfolio, continuously develop it further and provide a sound basis for decision-making for business outlooks and strategic decisions
  • Building on this, you will maintain and optimize existing concepts, processes, templates and tools in project and project portfolio management
  • Using analyses, forecasts, KPIs and management reports, you ensure transparency regarding the status, finances, resources, risks and pending decisions in the portfolio
  • In operational project and portfolio management, you support the organization and ensure the acceptance and safe use of portfolio management, tools and reports
  • You will also prepare steering committees in a structured manner by providing decision-relevant information, analyses, recommendations and decision-ready templates
  • The Field Operations DC department carries out field work such as maintenance, overhauls and small projects on offshore and HVDC systems. It manages asset data, documentation and standardized DC engineering services. The unit plans and controls operation & maintenance, monitors systems, manages faults and ensures the technical and organizational operational readiness of new systems. It also continuously develops maintenance and logistics strategies and supports other implementation units with technical expertise.

Your qualifications

  • You have a degree in engineering, economics or natural sciences or a comparable qualification
  • Building on this, you have sound knowledge of project and project portfolio management as well as a solid understanding of governance, processes and standards
  • You are confident in using Power BI and Power Automate and also have experience with databases and data models
  • Your very good German and good English skills round off your profile
