Stadtbeleuchtung Potsdam GmbH (SBP) is a modern utility company under the umbrella of Stadtwerke Potsdam GmbH. SBP is responsible for the construction, expansion, modification, maintenance and operation of street lighting systems and traffic facilities in the state capital of Potsdam. It is also the task of SBP to ensure trouble-free operation.

• You will lead a team of approx. 12 employees and be responsible for guiding them in the execution of upcoming work tasks.
• You will supervise and coordinate our construction and maintenance measures for the lighting systems and in particular ensure that they are completed on time and on budget.
• You will liaise with authorities, owners (m/f/d) and other utility providers regarding our construction measures.
• You will ensure that occupational safety and environmental protection regulations are complied with.
• You will also be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of orders as well as deployment planning.

• You have completed further training as a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) or have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, I&C engineering, information technology, systems engineering, civil engineering or supply engineering or have acquired a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you will have knowledge of street lighting, network construction or network operation or civil engineering.
• Your independent and reliable way of working is characterized by customer and service orientation; your appearance is always professional and engaging.
• You have no difficulty working with IT systems or familiarizing yourself with application software.
• You are in possession of a valid class B driving license (old: class 3).
