Stadtwerke Böblingen guarantees a reliable energy and water supply and sees itself as a driving force in the design and implementation of the energy and heating transition in Böblingen and the region. With our team of around 125 employees, in addition to our supply mandate, we also play our part in making Böblingen a place worth living in as a swimming pool and parking garage operator. We are looking for you for the variety of tasks: strengthen us with your know-how and help us shape the future viability of Böblingen and our municipal utilities.

• Independent acceptance, recording and structured processing of incoming customer enquiries
• Maintaining, managing and tracking all processes in the grid connection and installer portal
• Support in providing technical advice to planners, architects, building owners and customers as well as in obtaining and checking offers from external service providers
• Assisting with the compilation of connection costs and the preparation of offers based on the applicable specifications (price sheets, TAB, internal guidelines)
• Processing and coordination of standard processes in the area of registration of EEG systems, concerns regarding metering point operation and general house connection issues
• Management of house connections in the ERP system, including coordination of rebilling
• Coordination of onward billing in connection with house connection measures
• Assistance in creating and documenting internal processes
• Support in the coordination of external service providers
• Independent commissioning of standard services, in particular meter installation and removal and commissioning of building site electricity connections

• Completed training in the field of electrical engineering, completed commercial training with a focus on the electrical trade or a comparable qualification
• Good knowledge of the usual MS Office applications
• Strong sense of responsibility and cost awareness as well as the ability to act
• High degree of customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking and results-oriented action
• Team and communication skills
• Written and spoken German language skills are essential
• Class B driving license
