Energy consultant and customer advisor for heat (m/f/d)

• You support and advise owners of single and multi-family homes on all aspects of sustainable heating solutions (new heating (especially heat pumps), energy efficiency).
• You will accompany our customers through the entire process of changing their heating system to a heat pump, from the initial telephone consultation with the homeowner, to carrying out the heating load calculation or an individual renovation roadmap (iSFP), right through to implementation
• You will advise on funding programs and support customers, specialist partners and our department in applying for funding (KfW, BAFA).
• In addition to providing advice, you will also be in a position to conclude customer contracts (conclusion of heating load calculation, heat pump electricity tariff, Home Energy Management System (HEMS), contracting offers for multi-family houses, etc.).
• You look after and coordinate cooperating specialist partners (HVAC companies).
• You will support the heating team in the operation of its own heating systems, in the planning and implementation of new heating networks and in the transformation of existing ones.

• You are listed in the energy efficiency expert list for federal funding programs and have experience as an energy consultant (m/f/d) for residential buildings (focus on heating) – you are familiar with the relevant funding programs.
• You have a degree in energy and building services engineering or as a supply or electrical engineer (m/f/d), civil engineer (m/f/d) or a qualification as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d) in the field of technical building services, heating or building trades
• You have good communication skills and customer orientation and are confident in advising homeowners.
• You are flexible, enjoy working in a team and are characterized by initiative and commitment.
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German.
• You are in possession of a class B driving license.
