Environmental and Energy Manager (m/f/d)

For our location in Dettingen unter Teck at Rübezahl Schokoladen GmbH we have the following vacancy from 01.06.2026:
Your tasks
- Responsibility and central contact person for the Group-wide implementation and further development of environmental and energy management certifications (ISO 14001, ISO 50001) at six production sites
- Actively driving forward the achievement of our Group-wide environmental and climate targets (SBTi) and working closely with the individual plants
- Collecting and analyzing key environmental and energy figures and deriving potential for improvement from them, as well as developing cross-site measures and projects
- Determining, documenting and maintaining relevant data for calculating the Group’s carbon footprint
- Responsibility for the preparation, follow-up and monitoring of internal and external audits
- Planning, managing and monitoring complex, cross-location projects in environmental and energy management
Your qualifications
- A successfully completed degree with a technical or environmental focus or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in environmental management (ISO 14001) and energy management (ISO 50001) in a manufacturing company, ideally in the food industry
- Very good knowledge of legal and technical regulations in the environmental and energy sector
- Ideally qualified as an internal auditor (m/f/d) for ISO 14001 and ISO 50001
- Experience with CO₂ balancing and knowledge of SBTi is desirable
- Willingness to make regular business trips to our production sites
- Experience in conducting workshops and managing demanding, complex projects
