• You represent the interests of our members in politics, business and society – throughout Germany and at EU level.
• You develop positions, statements and strategies on all aspects of building energy (from generation to storage, consumption and grid connection).
• You monitor technological and regulatory trends – in particular legislative processes in the building, energy and digital sectors.
• You lead committees of the Building Energy Association and develop their work as well as topics and offers.
• You work cross-sectionally on interfaces between building energy, energy management, grids, energy storage and mobility – with a focus on networking and systemic solutions.
• You work on technical framework conditions for our members’ products – including in technical committees and in the design of relevant standards.
• You maintain and expand networks with companies, politicians, institutions and associations.
• You manage communication measures that increase the visibility of our topics.
• You will introduce innovative solutions from the electrical industry into political processes and thus expand your network at national and European level.

• A degree and a strong affinity for technology, digitalization and politics form the basis.
• Initial experience in associations, politics or industry is an advantage.
• Preparing complex content in a clear and understandable way is one of your strengths.
• Structured, proactive work and active collaboration characterize your working style.
• Communication in German and English is no problem for you.
• Enjoying exchange, committee work and stakeholder management rounds off your profile.
