Your tasks
- At naturenergie netze, you ensure that our infrastructure remains stable, secure and sustainable. Whether operational, commercial or management: your work creates the basis for ensuring that energy reaches the region reliably.
- Independent management and control of software and digitalization projects
- Recording, structuring and coordinating technical requirements with specialist departments, the IT department and external service providers
- Responsibility over the entire project life cycle – from clarifying the order and creating a business case to successful handover and project acceptance
- Application of classic, agile or hybrid project management methods – depending on project complexity and framework conditions
- Planning, coordination and control of projects including resource deployment, time and budget management as well as risk and quality management
- Communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Carrying out project marketing and supporting change management measures to anchor the project results in the company in the long term

- Completed studies in electrical engineering, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the project management of software or digitalization projects
- Ability to combine technical requirements with IT solutions and to moderate different stakeholders
- Understanding of the processes of a distribution grid operator, e.g. in the areas of metering point operation, grid construction, grid management or grid management
- Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to communicate complex issues in a structured manner
