Specialist (m/f/d) Renewable energies, focus on wind energy
KEA Klimaschutz- und Energieagentur Baden-Württemberg GmbH is the state’s energy agency. KEA-BW’s task is to actively participate in climate protection measures in Baden-Württemberg: it supports the state government in promoting the topics of energy saving, rational energy use and the use of renewable energies. KEA-BW also focuses on sustainable mobility and water management tasks.
Your tasks
- The development and supervision of concrete support services to accelerate the expansion of renewable energies at municipal level, with a focus on the expansion of wind energy,
- The initial consultation of municipal decision-makers on wind energy,
- Networking and supporting key players in the field of wind energy at municipal and state level,
- Active networking in various specialist committees in the field of wind energy,
- Professional support for public relations work, in particular the conception and content development of publications such as guidelines on overarching topics in the field of wind energy,
- The conception and implementation of events on the subject of the energy transition, including lectures and excursions.
Your qualifications
- Scientific university degree, Dipl./M.Sc./M.A. in the fields of spatial planning, participation, geography, political and administrative science, energy economics, energy law or a comparable qualification
- Specialist knowledge in the field of wind energy and renewable energies in general
- Experience in dealing with municipal processes and ideally in the communicative support and moderation of dialog processes
- A deep understanding of the challenges faced by municipalities
- Ideally experience in working with geoinformation systems such as QGIS
- Structured, planned and efficient work while being open to pragmatic solutions; strategic-analytical thinking
- Confident, convincing appearance, free speech,
- Very good written and spoken German
- Ability to work in a team and communicate well
- Clear attitude and motivation for climate protection and sustainable development
