Head of Electrical Engineering (all genders)
Your tasks
- Take responsibility: As the responsible electrical specialist (VEFK), you will assume responsibility for the safe operation of all electrical systems. This includes regular inspections and on-site meetings at the various properties.
- Shaping leadership: You will manage two foreman areas in different electrical engineering contexts both professionally and organizationally.
- Contributing to SRH’s climate goals: You will be actively involved in sustainable and innovative projects – e.g. in the area of photovoltaics, expansion of the entire charging infrastructure and energy management.
- Planning and implementation: You will plan, commission and monitor measures on low and medium-voltage systems – taking deadlines, costs and quality into account.
- Tendering and awarding: You prepare technical tender documents and support the awarding process.
- Ensuring safety: You accompany inspections by experts (e.g. VdS, PVO, VDE, DGUV, TRBS) and ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
- Fault management: You take part in the on-call service for rapid fault rectification.
Your qualifications
- Are you enthusiastic about electrical engineering and sustainable planning and looking for a varied and responsible new role?
- Completed studies in electrical engineering (diploma/master’s degree) or comparable qualification
- Sound knowledge in the maintenance of electrical systems in the low and medium voltage range (ideally with current switching authorization up to 10 kV)
- Experience in leading teams and project management
- Confident handling of relevant software (e.g. SAP PM, MS Office, ORCA AVA, PV Sol)
- Very good knowledge of VDE regulations and electrotechnical regulations
- Strong sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and willingness to develop further
