Your tasks
- You analyze existing buildings in order to identify and implement technical and business optimization measures
- You will regularly monitor compliance with legal requirements and energy standards, support the energy management officer in developing and implementing measures to save energy and increase efficiency as part of the energy management system in accordance with ISO 50001
- You will also carry out energy inspections of refrigeration and air conditioning systems and draw up energy performance certificates for non-residential buildings in accordance with the requirements of the GEG
- You will also advise building owners and our colleagues in Facility Management on energy optimization and accompany energy audits of technical systems in cooperation with our specialist departments
- Your tasks will also include checking and transferring technical data to the energy billing system and preparing environmental and energy reports for internal and external customers and authorities
Your qualifications
- You have completed training as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d) with relevant experience in the field of energy consulting and building services engineering, in particular with a focus on ventilation and air conditioning systems, or have a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you already have relevant professional experience in the preparation of energy performance certificates and energy inspections
- You are enthusiastic about measurement technology, have a strong understanding of key figures and work independently, systematically, conscientiously and always on schedule
- You are also able to present complex issues clearly in writing and are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
