Network manager (m/f/d) Energy consulting and refurbishment planning
Dena’s mission is to contribute to the success of the energy transition. As a competence center for applied energy transition and climate protection, it supports the German government in achieving its energy and climate policy goals. To this end, it brings together partners from politics, business, science and all parts of society. Nationally and internationally, dena develops solutions for climate neutrality and puts them into practice.
Your tasks
- Maintenance and further development of the stakeholder network in the context of energy consulting, individual renovation roadmap (iSFP) and (building) trades, including stakeholder mapping
- Identification of suitable network partners, approaching and maintaining contacts
- Conception and implementation of various event and exchange formats with representatives from the field, including moderation and systematic evaluation
- Content and graphic preparation of specialist content for talks and presentations
- Development of user journeys in the context of energy consulting (especially refurbishment)
- Development and implementation of qualitative and quantitative interviews and surveys
- Collaboration in the implementation of tenders and contract awards
- Collaboration with service providers
- The position is part-time or full-time and is initially limited to two years with the option of permanent employment.
Your qualifications
- Completed university degree in the field of communication, social or political sciences, psychology, economics or comparable courses of study
- Experience in networking and/or working with interest groups, market research or product development
- Experience in the evaluation of qualitative and quantitative surveys and interviews
- Quick comprehension and political intuition
- Structured, independent way of working
- Motivation, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Enthusiasm for energy, construction and sustainability topics
- Very good written and spoken German
