Project Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for full-time support for our Processes-Projects-Quality department at our location in Freiburg or Schönau at EWS eG.
Your tasks
- You plan and set up the (multi-) project management framework and ensure its further development
- You coordinate, manage and support ongoing projects and ensure optimal collaboration and communication between the teams and specialist departments involved
- You advise and support the project participants in the development and implementation of necessary optimization measures
- You take on the management of individual projects in compliance with internal company guidelines and budgets
- You ensure the transparent and regular communication of objectives, milestones and procedures, including the implementation of appropriate coaching and training measures
- You carry out risk and vulnerability analyses and develop suitable measures to minimize risks
- You ensure target group-oriented communication to overcome potential conflicts of interest in a complex project environment
Your qualifications
- You have a degree (e.g. industrial engineering, energy management, computer science)
- You have relevant professional experience in agile project management and expertise in the application of project management tools and methods
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in the energy sector
- You are an analytical, solution-oriented team player with very good self-organization, a structured way of working and appreciative communication skills
