Your tasks
- Technical and disciplinary management of the electricity / gas system management working group
- Strategic further development of grid management and fault clearance processes for electricity and gas – technically, organizationally and methodically
- Economic planning, management and continuous optimization of the working group
- Management of projects for process, structural and organizational development in system management
- Active establishment and further development of sustainable services in the energy industry
- Responsibility for the efficient and fair deployment of personnel in shift operations
- Ongoing personnel development through targeted qualification and further training concepts
- Ensuring and further developing information security (ISMS) in the area of responsibility of system management
Your qualifications
- Completed Master’s degree in electrical engineering, power engineering, supply engineering or industrial engineering (technical focus)
- Many years of experience in electricity grid operations and proven management experience
- Very good knowledge of the relevant legal, regulatory and technical rules and regulations
- Confidence in dealing with complexity, parallel tasks and high levels of responsibility
- Strategic thinking, decisiveness and the ability to actively drive change
- High level of methodological and process expertise as well as strong communication skills
- Very good IT knowledge (Microsoft 365, SAP, network control technology)
- High awareness of information security (ISMS) and its importance for secure, stable and compliant network and system operation
