Operations Manager High Voltage Technology (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- In this key position, you will ensure the safe, economical and future-oriented operation of the 110/10 kV power supply network at Düsseldorf Airport. Among other things, you will be responsible for the following tasks
- Responsibility for the operation of the 110/10 kV grid including all operator duties
- Performing the function of responsible electrician
- Technical and disciplinary management of your team including personnel deployment planning and employee development
- Managing and coordinating maintenance, servicing and conversion measures as well as analyzing and rectifying faults in the energy supply grid
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory and technical requirements
- Responsibility for budget planning, budget management and cost control
- Strategic further development of the division and helping to shape Düsseldorf Airport’s energy supply strategy
- Participation in the maintenance and further development of certification according to DIN ISO 27001
- Management and implementation of projects in primary and secondary technology
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering (Dipl.-Ing. / M. Sc.) with a focus on power engineering
- Ideally, additional training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional and management experience in the operation of power supply systems
- Sound knowledge of the relevant legal and technical regulations, in particular the Energy Industry Act, the Industrial Safety Ordinance and relevant regulations and standards
- Experience in the field of information security management systems and certifications according to DIN ISO 27001
- Good knowledge of control and protection technology and the operation of energy supply systems
- Very good IT user knowledge, especially in the field of control technology
- Personally, you will impress with your sense of responsibility, decisiveness, assertiveness and structured way of working.
- The job will be carried out on a day shift basis, but you must be prepared to work other shifts if operationally necessary. In addition, participation in the on-call duty is mandatory.
