Your tasks

- Management, strategic personnel planning and further development of the team
- Topic-related process optimization
- Budget and resource responsibility, including economic deployment
- Management and support of complex projects or sub-projects in the field of measurement technology
- Responsibility for installation, operation and maintenance of metering systems (incl. smart metering; iMSys and metering calculation in the area of LV)
- Carrying out special technical tasks and procuring materials
- Ensuring customer support and customer relations
- Occupational health and safety and administrative tasks

- Completed technical training and further training (e.g. master craftsman/technician) or studies in the field of electrical engineering, energy technology or similar
- Sound knowledge of measurement technology, smart metering and energy industry contexts
- Experience in leading teams and in strategic personnel and resource planning
- Project management experience, especially in technical projects
- High level of reliability, sense of responsibility and independent working style
- Assertive and communicative personality
- Strong focus on results, solutions, analysis and customers
- Economic thinking and decision-making skills
