Team Leader (m/f/d) Electrical Engineering / Electrical Power Engineering

Your responsibilities
- Disciplinary and technical supervision and management of foremen and engineers (m/f/d) in the Electrical Division
- Assumption of responsibility for vEfK (in accordance with DIN VDE 1000-10) and TFK (S1000, in accordance with VDE-AR-N 4001)
- Collaboration in establishing the necessary measures to ensure functionality and operational readiness, including troubleshooting in the relevant technical areas
- Developing budget and cost plans as part of investment and business planning
- Developing and updating the necessary work, operating, and procedural instructions
- Developing opportunities to optimize current work processes for the further development of the organization
- Ensuring efficient and safe network operations, as well as developing and maintaining the framework conditions for operational management
- Implementing and ensuring compliance with all requirements of technical safety management as well as occupational health and safety
Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering with a focus on electrical engineering or electrical power engineering, or an equivalent degree and relevant experience
- Several years of professional experience in operational power grid operations as well as in the areas of grid control centers and telecontrol technology
- Comprehensive knowledge of the relevant legal and regulatory requirements, as well as knowledge of the energy industry and technical standards (VDE, DGUV, ArbZG, ArbSG)
- Several years of experience in managing employees
- Very good MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and communication skills, as well as excellent teamwork abilities
- Solution-oriented thinking and a structured, independent work style
- Excellent communication skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to get things done
- Class B driver’s license
