Your responsibilities
- Support for the development of forward-looking infrastructure projects in civil engineering and energy supply
- Planning and implementation of civil engineering and pipeline construction projects
- Coordination and collaboration with internal and external project stakeholders (construction companies, engineering firms, government agencies)
- Monitoring of construction progress, deadlines, quality, and costs
- Preparation and maintenance of project plans, as well as involvement in tendering, awarding contracts, quantity surveying, and final acceptance
- Independent project management and construction supervision across all project phases
- Supporting the further expansion of the heating business to achieve our climate and environmental goals

- Completed vocational training or a degree in civil engineering, civil works, infrastructure, utilities engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience preferred
- Understanding of construction processes and an interest in infrastructure projects
- Conceptual and organizational skills
- A structured, independent, and results-oriented approach to work
- Ability to work in a team and an open and clear communication style
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Excellent written and spoken German
