Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) – Career Change

We are seeking customer service support starting April 1, 2026, for our location in Schönau and our new facility in Freiburg. Our service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Your responsibilities
- You will respond to inquiries from our customers and prospective clients received via phone, print, and online channels regarding all matters related to energy, services, and products offered by the EWS Group
- Depending on the volume of inquiries, you will support both the phone team and the service team at our customer service center
- You will handle various processes (including customer orders and master data maintenance) with the goal of resolving each case (independent processing in real time) while adhering to the specified deadlines
- You will create customized quotes and price comparisons for our prospective clients
- You will serve as a qualified point of contact for our customers regarding complaints and grievances
- You will delight our customers with your commitment to personalized service, thereby contributing to strong customer loyalty
Your qualifications
- You have professional experience in customer service and, preferably, a business-related vocational degree
- You are a quick learner and have the ability to identify customer needs and preferences and resolve issues
- You work independently and in a structured manner
- Explaining complex issues clearly and comprehensibly is one of your strengths
- In addition to proficiency with MS Office, you have strong IT and system skills
- You enjoy teamwork; your adaptability and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills make you a compelling candidate
- You are interested in an exciting role in the energy industry that offers both breadth and depth of expertise
