Your Responsibilities
- Operation, administration, and troubleshooting of server and client systems in Windows/Linux environments
- Operation and troubleshooting of related services (Active Directory, software distribution, antivirus protection, file storage, backup, and recovery)
- Operation, administration, and troubleshooting of the VMware infrastructure
- Operation, administration, and troubleshooting of storage systems with associated FC infrastructures
- Support for processes ensuring secure operations, including technical documentation and incident management
Your Qualifications
- Completed training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or an equivalent qualification
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience with the setup and operation of client and server hardware
- Strong technical knowledge and practical experience with the Windows and Linux operating systems, ideally demonstrated by a certification
- Technical knowledge of network and storage technologies
- Willingness to acquire in-depth technical knowledge and to familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility
- Interest in the further development, sustainable operation, and troubleshooting of the systems under your care
- An understanding of IT security requirements in the context of critical infrastructure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a high degree of personal responsibility
- Proficiency in English
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty
- Class B driver’s license
