Your Responsibilities

  • The entire energy sector is undergoing a transformation. Are you passionate about topics such as digital transformation, solar power, and the integration of renewable energy into our power grid?   • You will lead and develop a network of experts in the field of “solar energy systems,” with a focus on the future-proof advancement of the energy transition.
  • You will actively drive these topics forward and further develop them. To this end, you will track trends, develop your own ideas and visions, and contribute them to workshops, events, and committees.
  • You will analyze and evaluate technological and economic interrelationships in key future-oriented topics (e.g., market and competitive analyses, cost-benefit analyses, and technology and application maturity levels).
  • You will successfully lead complex standardization projects with a national, European, and international scope.
  • Contribute to studies, technology roadmaps, and standardization roadmaps.
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional projects and special projects in electrical engineering standardization.

Your Qualifications

  • Work Experience: with work experience
  • A completed college degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) as well as in-depth subject- and task-specific knowledge gained through several years of professional experience.
  • Practical experience in the solar industry or the energy sector.
  • Enthusiasm for today’s and tomorrow’s energy systems.
  • You are characterized by your ability to work independently, your dedication, and your ability to work well in a team.
  • You use your strong communication skills and assertiveness to manage networks of experts and steer projects.
  • As a driving force behind various initiatives, you bring a strong sense of self-motivation and enthusiasm to the table.
  • In your role in project and standardization management, you excel through analytical thinking, teamwork, and a goal-oriented approach.
  • With your excellent written and spoken English skills, you can not only discuss topics on an equal footing with experts from around the world but also contribute to international standardization.
