Energy Sales Representative (In-Office and Field) (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
Energy Data Management (EDM) Responsibilities:
Data validation and plausibility checks of time series
Communication with market partners
Configuration of technical devices (measuring and data transmission devices)
Functional testing of market communication systems and troubleshooting
Monthly billing (data provision) for the grid and sales
Duties in the grid control center:
Operating the grid control system (monitoring, control, and evaluation of operating conditions) for the electricity, gas, and heat networks and facilities
Performing switching operations to locate faults in the medium-voltage grid
Performing switching operations for cascading shutdowns in accordance with Sections 13 and 14 of the German Energy Act (EnWG)
Receiving fault reports and forwarding them to the on-call team
Your Qualifications
A completed apprenticeship as an energy electronics technician, industrial electronics technician, or a comparable electrical engineering program
Ability to work independently when dealing with malfunctions
Good computer skills and proficiency with MS Office products
We require a willingness and physical ability to work rotating shifts and on weekends (only in case of illness)
A strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness
A friendly demeanor toward customers
Ability to work well in a team
Knowledge of power grid operations is desirable but not required
