Geoscientist, Physicist, Oceanographer (f/m/d) for Quality Assurance in Wind and Solar Power Forecasts

Your Responsibilities
- Wind and Solar Power Forecasts
- You ensure the highest possible quality of output forecasts for our customers in the energy industry.
- Using your expertise, you’ll further develop our forecasting system in terms of both content and methodology.
- You’ll analyze multifaceted and complex issues using our internal tools.
- You’ll work closely with our teams in meteorology, research, and software development.
Your Qualifications
- You have a degree in a natural science field such as geophysics, oceanography, environmental science, meteorology, or another related discipline.
- You can demonstrate your analytical skills, for example, through statistical data analysis—you enjoy tackling complex processes and critically examining them.
- We welcome additional knowledge of renewable energy, energy markets, the power grid, or numerical weather prediction.
- You enjoy working both as part of a team and independently—even during time-sensitive phases, you stand out through your solution-oriented communication and your structured, goal-oriented approach.
