The Asset Management & Technology department is responsible for the asset strategy throughout the entire lifecycle in accordance with ISO 55000 and makes cross-functional investment decisions. It manages the costs, risks, and performance of the asset portfolios, develops maintenance strategies, and supports the planning, construction, and operation of the grid. It also defines technical requirements, develops scalable technologies, and creates long-term grid solutions. The unit drives the digitization of asset information and is responsible for real estate management, including easements and contracts.

Your Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the strategic development of OT communication solutions, as well as the associated standards and services, with a focus on future-proofing and operational reliability
- Together with relevant stakeholders, you will analyze requirements for availability, security, redundancy, and performance, and prioritize and consolidate them in a structured manner
- You will develop target architectures, technical concepts, and roadmaps based on business and regulatory requirements for modern OT communication solutions
- You will create decision-making frameworks for technical solutions, taking into account benefits, risks, costs, and compliance requirements, and provide technical support for requests for proposals
- You will actively contribute to collaboration with architecture, security, operations, and project teams and continuously monitor new technologies and trends in the field of OT communication and OT security
Your Qualifications
- You have a degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications engineering, computer science, or a comparable qualification, as well as e
- Relevant professional experience in the field of OT communication, network technologies, or IT/OT infrastructures
- In-depth knowledge of high-availability communication networks and modern network architectures will help you develop future-proof solutions
- Experience in developing concepts, standards, and technical roadmaps enables you to actively drive strategic developments and implement requirements in a structured manner
- You have knowledge of relevant OT security requirements and regulatory guidelines (e.g., KRITIS, IEC 62443) and take an analytical and structured approach to implementing secure infrastructures
