Portfolio Management Team Leader (m/f/d) – Electricity/Biogas

The Energy Data and Portfolio Management department at our subsidiary, EWS Vertriebs GmbH, consists of the Energy Data Management team and several specialists in the field of portfolio management. The focus is on the procurement of electricity and gas, as well as the strategic management and optimization of our energy portfolios.
Your Responsibilities
- Energy Data and Portfolio Management
- You will be responsible for the Portfolio Management team and will provide technical and disciplinary leadership to the employees
- In doing so, you will foster a constructive environment in which employees can continue to develop and actively shape the department’s direction
- You will support change processes within the department and collaborate with other teams on cross-departmental and cross-divisional projects
- The further development of our procurement and management strategies for green electricity and biogas falls within your area of responsibility
- You will manage our energy portfolios in close collaboration with our risk management, product management, and sales departments
- You will be responsible for overseeing our service providers and upstream suppliers in portfolio management and strategically advancing our collaboration with them

- You have several years of professional experience as a manager in the energy industry or a related field
- You are an authentic and empathetic leader with the ability to inspire, support, and develop your team
- You are known for your analytical thinking and strong aptitude for numbers
