Environmental and Sustainability Management Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
- Support in maintaining and further developing the environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001 and EMAS
- Assistance with the implementation of legal, internal, and group-wide requirements
- Collection, evaluation, and analysis of relevant key performance indicators, as well as the preparation of reports and presentations
- Support in assessing environmental aspects, as well as opportunities and risks
- Participation in internal audits, energy audits, and the preparation for and follow-up on external certifications
- Support in identifying and implementing improvement measures, as well as researching and compiling information on legal changes
- Supporting training and raising awareness among employees and managers
- Collaborating with various departments, locations, and group-wide working groups
Your Qualifications

- A degree in environmental, sustainability, or energy management, or a comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in environmental, energy, or sustainability management is a plus
- Knowledge of the ISO 14001, 50001, and EMAS standards is desirable, as is an interest in environmental law, energy efficiency, climate protection, and sustainable corporate development
- Analytical thinking skills and a passion for working with key performance indicators, data, and reports
- A structured, independent, and meticulous approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a passion for collaborating with various departments within the company, as well as a high degree of responsibility and initiative
