(Senior) Transaction Manager – M&A & Asset Financing (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
- In this role, you will manage complex transactions and play an active role in key decision-making. You will:
- Support transactions throughout the entire deal lifecycle—from approvals, due diligence, and data rooms to investor outreach, negotiations, and closing
- Develop M&A assumptions and business cases based on market and investor feedback
- Coordinate deal teams, including financial modeling, data room structure, and marketing materials
- Work closely with Legal, Tax, Project Development, and external partners
- Negotiate and drive forward the SPA and other transaction documents
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and key stakeholders
Your Qualifications
- A master’s degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience
- Several years of experience as a (Senior) Transaction Manager in M&A, Corporate Finance, or Investment Management
- In-depth knowledge of financial modeling and project management
- Strong communication skills with fluency in German and English
- A proactive, curious, and dedicated individual with an interest in financial markets, the green transition, and genuine teamwork
