Your Responsibilities
- Planning and Work Preparation Activities
- Independent and self-directed planning of utility connections to be replaced or newly installed
- Ordering the necessary materials
- Independently and autonomously determining the route on-site in consultation with the customer
- Briefing third-party contractors on civil engineering and pipe installation
- In-house coordination of cable co-installation
- Implementation of service connections
- Independent and autonomous supervision and quality control of subcontractors
- Preparation of as-built drawings upon completion of the work
- Independent handling of gas and water leaks and other malfunctions that arise
- Independent handling of special tasks, e.g., pressure measurements in the gas and water networks
Your Qualifications
- Completed training as a plant mechanic or mechatronics technician (m/f/d) with corresponding advanced training to become a master craftsman or technician (m/f/d)
- Several years of professional experience in pipeline construction and operation
- Ability to assert oneself with external contractors and knowledge of specifications
- Proficiency in using MS Office programs
