Tasks
Proactively acquiring new customers in the private and small business sectors
Reactivating former customers through targeted outreach and consultation
Conducting sales and consulting meetings in the field, as well as the associated preparation and follow-up work in the office
Independently planning, organizing, and documenting field sales activities
Maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships
Assisting in the development of sales strategies and the execution of sales campaigns
Monitoring the market and competition, and contributing your own ideas for sales promotion
Participating in trade shows and customer events
What You'll Bring to the Table
Completed business training or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the energy industry
Knowledge of energy products and energy-related services is a plus
Strong sales skills and negotiation abilities, combined with a confident and persuasive demeanor
High level of self-motivation, independence, and organizational skills
Strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, the ability to work well in a team, and a customer-oriented mindset
Proficiency in common MS Office programs and CRM systems
Driver’s license, Class
